Teeth Whitening

The in-office teeth whitening we offer at Humber Heights Dental can brighten your teeth much more quickly than at-home kits.

Between the significantly stronger bleaching solution and the combination of heat and light we use, this treatment accelerates and intensifies the whitening process. A professional SD-600 Light is also used to achieve optimal results.

Within approximately one hour, our in-office teeth whitening procedure can whiten teeth by three to eight shades!

Composite Fillings

At our dental office in Toronto, we offer natural-looking composite fillings for teeth that are chipped, cracked, broken, decayed, and worn. They can also be used to close a space between two teeth.

A composite filling is a tooth-coloured mixture of plastic and glass that’s used to restore decayed teeth. Composites are also used for cosmetic improvements, as they can change the colour of teeth or reshape disfigured teeth.

Bonding

Bonding is a cosmetic procedure using composite resin to reshape or repair your smile. Ideal for fixing chipped or uneven teeth, bonding offers an affordable alternative to orthodontics or veneers. It’s often completed in one visit without anesthesia, making it a quick and cost-effective solution to boost your confidence.

Bonding can close gaps, repair chips, address cavities, lengthen uneven teeth, protect exposed roots, and restore discoloured teeth. The process involves etching the teeth, applying and shaping the resin, and curing it with a special light. After the resin hardens, your dentist will polish it for a natural look.

Veneers

Veneers are thin, custom-made porcelain shells that enhance your smile by covering the front of your teeth. They can reshape teeth, correct imperfections, and offer a beautiful, lasting result.

The veneer process involves two visits. First, your teeth are prepared and a mould is taken. On the second visit, the veneers are bonded with a special cement and light. Proper care and regular check-ups will keep your veneers looking great.
